Free Gel Tray Request

A dedicated holder for in-use sterile gel packets — keeping them off the patient bed, the machine, and surrounding surfaces during exams and procedures. No cost, no strings attached.

About the Gel Tray Project

During ultrasound exams and procedures, once a sterile gel packet is opened, there's often no clean or consistent place to set it down. Packets frequently end up on the patient bed, the machine, or nearby surfaces—creating clutter and potential contamination concerns.

This 3D-printed tray was designed as a dedicated holder for an in-use gel packet, keeping it within reach and off surrounding surfaces while you work.

This project was developed with support from the AEUS SonoInnovation Award and helped inspire the creation of The POCUS Collective.

These trays are being provided free of charge, with no cost and no strings attached, simply to share a solution that has worked well in our department.
